I'm what real estate investors call  - an "Investor Friendly" Realtor. You need a couple on your team.

I own Crest Realty, LLC as an agent, not a broker. I have a sponsoring broker for my company. I have access to the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), and occasionally to other boards to meet client needs.

My primary purpose is to help me with my investing and to help other investors. I have done a few hundred "flat fee" listings for investors over the years. This has been a great way for me to build an investor buyer and seller list. I also help family and friends.
